gastroesophageal reflux, infectious disease, anxiety/depression, HIV testing)
-Health Maintenance (physical exams, well child, and sports physicals)
-Health Screenings (Diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, colorectal cancer, prostate
cancer, anemia, TB screening, visual acuity, smoking cessation.)
-Women’s Health (Pap smears, breast exams, mammography referrals, pregnancy
testing, basic prenatal services and referral to OBGYN, Postpartum visits, perimenopausal
care.)
-Free HIV and other STD Testing
–Free Immunization (newborn to adults)
-Family Planning/Free Pregnancy Tests-Free Glucose and Cholesterol check
-Screening patients for social determines of health
-Enrollment assistance in medical, covered California and providing a Sliding scale
schedule
